Our 6 Step Process

Feel free to call, email, or visit our office for a personalized one-on-one consultation. During the consultation we will also schedule time for our construction and design team to come to your home and view the space you want to have updated.

The design-build process is initiated through conversation. A meeting with your Project Team and a review of your wishes will establish a shared understanding of the vision for your space. Your project team will guide you through information gathering with thoughtful, well-prepared questions.

This design phase includes:

  • Field Measurement

Using the information discussed in the first meeting, our team will create concepts as the creative origin of the project.

This design phase includes:

  • As-Built Drawings
  • Concept Drawings
  • A Budget

Throughout the design phase, you will engage in detailed discussions with the design team.

Once the design phase is complete the fun begins! In this step, a designer will work with you to select the materials and products you want used including cabinets, countertops, and more. Together we will make the best selections for both your vision and your budget.

Upon finalization of material selection, your Project Team will develop:

  • Scope of Work: A detailed written description complimentary to the drawings
  • Pricing: A final cost for the project tailored to the design and scope developed throughout the process
  • Construction Schedule: A detailed and sophisticated timeline preparing you for the construction process

Once approved, construction prep will begin.

With everything prepared and ready to go it's time to begin construction!
